Rejected and Canceled by them
I took out a warranty to be rest assured on my second hand car. That should anything ever happen that I would be financially secured. Until a claim actually had to be made. My claim was rejected because the dealer where I bought the car from was not open and honest with me. There was a crack in the engin block of witch I did not know off. I never skipped a service or even had worked been done on the car. The assessor even made a mistake by taking a wrong picture of the engines block number and claimed that it does not match the number on the disc. I called them 12times, that all lasted about 20min.
With all of that calls that was made they never returned even one call. I was referred to the IDG Department and no - one could even assist me all they say is that they are busy with the claim and it would be finalized soon. I even had to call them the last time to find out what the results are because the car was standing by repair shop that had to be RMI Registered for a month. Only to find out that the claim was rejected. They reffered me to complaints, and it took them an amazingly 28hours to finalised my complaint. But yet nothing was done its as if the complaint fell onto deaf ears. Instead they canceled my warranty policy, but I received a sms that I canceled my policy. When talking to IDG again they transferred my call to client service. And then they say there's nothing they can do because the policy was canceled.
Now I'm left with a huge bill because the repair shop had to actually open the engin to be able to send them pictures of the damaged engin parts. Never have they asked me to send them pictures of the engin when I bought the car or even send out an assessor to check out the car, no it took only a few days I think to activate my Policy.
It's heart breaking because the hard lockdown left us with huge financial bills, so I can't afford a legal representative to assist in this matter even if I have all the pictures, emails, voice notes of calls etc. I don't know if other warranty companies have the same things, because Innovation Group was the company that I trusted.
