Refuses claim. No regard for safety
<p> Bought a maintenance plan with my new car. They would not authorize a claim for new front brake pads stating i should drive it until the brakes are more worn-out, even after the dealerships's technician said they should be replaced and is a safety risk. No regards for my safety on the road. Additionally makes you wait 20min each time they forward your call to someone else, which they do at least 5 times per call. I want my R11000 back for this useless plan and pathetic service. </p>

This is ridiculous. After speaking to the customer care line before cancellation i was reassured that i would receive a refund of " almost the full amount" i have recordings to confirm this. The full amount was over R11 000. Got R5440. No claims, nothing spent? So for my trouble and the bad service i received innovation group charged me more than half? Worse experience i have ever had with a so called proffesional company.
