Refused refund from over deductions

Dear Hello Peter Team Upon cancellation of my policy with them they said I owed them R2178.04 because I serviced my car, I said ok they will continue with the installment until is all paid, end of May should have been the last deduction but the continued until I phoned them end of August to say now they have reducted R2774.00 in total. They linked the policy with my car installment and it deducts as one deduction. At first they said they have overdeducted and they will refund me, now they are saying if money for bank charges which they never mentioned before. Hello Peter team please assist, as I have been calling them but they make me hold until my airtime finishes and everytime they promise to call they never call.

Please help me.
