Refund Unpaid ****!!!!
I have never seen a company **** like this innovation group thing.
The below email was sent to me by Situko Lwando on November 3 regarding my refund that I have been begging for for 4 weeks. He said my money would be paid within 5 days; now it has been 11 days, and my money hasn't been paid. I sent him an email and he never responded.
Kindly be advised that an amount of R1,740.20 has been authorized. Please note that only items that form part of a normal service have been authorized.The refund will be paid within 5 business days
