refund stil not received

<p>They called and refunded my 1 month premium but I never received the second one.. I called them n told me it will b refunded in 3 days but stil they ddnt. I called them again and they to me the reason for not refunding it is that I cancelled the policy. I stated to I hv nothing to do with the cancellation fee of the policy , I just want my money.. because I never agreed to dat policy in the first place.. an employee of urs processed dat policy with out my consent which is basically *****... now I hv to waste my airtime trying to get my money back.... I just want my money back Innovation Group.. its my money and I worked for it.. Please stop running around in circles and jive me wats mine</p>
