Refund Query

Extremely livid with Innovation Group, I cancelled my Service plan within the cooling off period but they still deducted the premiums, this was the beginning of Jan 2021 been calling them and I was promised to have my money refunded within 5 workings, almost a month now. Totally unexpectable, and when you phone the call centre, they put on hold until you get fed up
