Dear Innovation Group,
Can you kindly please advise when am I going to get my refund?
You guys didn't want to repair my broken vehicle, I had to pay BMW R 2900 to get the vehicle released.
I traded the vehicle at a shortfall because it was broken.
Please can you tell me when can I get my R 2900?

06 Aug 2019, 19:46The Innovation Group refuse to refund me my money for the diagnostic test that was performed by BMW on the vehicle. Components found to be faulty which in essence was covered in their policy they also refused to repair the vehicle and I had to pay R2900 to get the vehicle released from BMW because I had to go to work in order to provide for my family . You are one pathetic company, you took almost R23K from me but can't refund me such a small fee. You rip honest hard working South Africans off with your ************* policies, I leave you all in God's hands.
