If I could give them a rating of 0 I would have. Don't waste your money on their service plan. They don't record your information properly and this resulted in finding myself without any cover for my service, even though they deducted their premiums every month. I called and emailed them a day before to confirm and they assured me I'm covered, just to find out the next day from the dealer that they won't cover. Very very disappointed with innovation group won't ever recommend this company!! They won't cover the service because the plan only covers 90 000 km but my car only has 50,000 km on the clock, it doesn't make sense.
