Rarely seen - expectations exceeded

<p>It is rarely documented, so this is a big plug for the Innovation Group who have done exactly what the said they would and more. having dealt with many a "but have you read the fine print" short term insurers it was refreshing to deal with the Innovation Group. I had (rather reluctantly might I add) taken up a Rim & Tyre protection policy with Innovation and boy am I glad I did. Not long after inception of the policy I had to make a claim theron, claim process was so smooth and pain free and I was pretty chuffed. BUT then as luck would have it, the repair had failed and I was back on the line with claims. To my surprise with very little to no, to and fro (bar the mandatory but justified submission of supporting documentation) the wheel in question was replaced. AND in fewer days than originally promised. So if you are still having doubts about whether its worth it, my recomendation is sign up fast. Thank you Innovation Group.</p>
