Quick to deduct monthly premium but become silent when you make claim
Yesterday I took my Car in to be checked and it was confirmed that cv joints need to be replaced. They sent innovation group email and also cc'd me just to claim the money that should be paid but innovation did not even bother getting back to us I had to make a follow up still they didn't get back to us. This people are not professional no wonder why people are always complaining about their service. Can someone please get back to us

10 Dec 2020, 14:17There is lady who called and advise if I can forward the mail chain of the claim that we made yesterday but still no one is not responding. Guys your service is not acceptable, I had to call back just to check if she had received the email, I got transferred to her department after I have been asked security question, I got transferred and was on hold forever... Will you be able to assist me or not.. You have competitors that we can go to if that is a case
