Poor Service WeBuyCars Mechanical Warranty by Innovation Group

I took an Innovation Group Mechanical warranty and service plan through WeBuyCars. Now I have a claim, they are unable to help me as they are refusing to accept the report from an RMI approved mechanic the replacement of the fuel injectors. They want a diagnostic report from a different mechanic but I must pay around R4700 for the new diagnostics report.

This should be covered by Innovation Group as I have followed their requirement which is to use the RMI approved Auto Repairs, then if they are not happy with their report they must pay for the cost since I have both service plan and the mechanical warranty with them.

I am very disappointed with the service that I am getting. The experience I am getting is totally different from what I was promised by We Buy Cars when they were selling policy when I was buying the car with them.
