Poor service on maintenance plan

I had a maintenance plan with these company & when my dealer told me I have to replace my brakes they rejected my claim saying that the brakes have not yet reached the minimum I can still drive more miles. When I reached back after driving some miles I was told that the plan was expired. I feel like I was ****** as they knew at time that my plan is expiring soon. Poor service.
