Poor service
I am paying for the Warranty Plan, Gap Cover and Parts Replacement Insurance but today I was given a run around by Innovation Group consultants Pabatso , Lebo, Nokuthula and the rest I can't recall after my car had a problem after a tyre bust with the alignment I was on the road waiting for assistance with a tow truck but hey I guess you have to learn this kind of ill treatment from your insurance .My car is still not sorted I am paying you at Innovation every month this is disgusting!!!!
