Poor service and refusing to cancel the polocy

Made a request to cancel policies which are mechanical warranty, service plan, screcth and dent as well as tyres and rims on the 9th of September 2021 due to the vehicle was involved in an accident and was written of by the insurance company. What am i gonna use these polocies for because the car is no more but they are refusing to cancel them. Submitted all the documents they needed but stil the process is nit complete. I am now thinking of taking this matter ti a higher level now and open a case against innovation group. I am not recommending this company to anybody out there...they are ******
