POOR SERVICE AND NEGLIGENT CONSULTANTS #****

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My car was booked for service on the 05 november 2016 at Barons Bruma VW but it was not serviced. i was informed that my car service plan policy has been put on hold due to two outstanding monthly payments.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have requested the car service plan on the 13th April 2016 and my ortometer reading was still 41223 and VW service plan was not expired. mMr Prince Sangweni expland and also posted a contract that states "the requested service plan will commence after the exixting service plan has expired. therefore MFC started to debit before the exixting plan could expire in April and May, I went to the bank to reverse the amount. for that matter i was told i should pay the outstandding amount of April and May to be able to service my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was not even informed that the service plan has been put on hold. HOW CAN YOU KEEP ON DEBITING MONEY WHILE THE ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT MFC CUSTOMER BUT I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES NAD A CONSULTANT ALSO PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK BUT SHE NEVER CALLED.</p> <p> </p> <p>MY CAR IS DUE FOR A SERVICE AND I TRUSTED MFC BY SIGNING A CONTRACT. IF THIS CAN NOT BE RESOLVED REFUND ME SO THAT I CAN SERVICE MY CAR.</p> <p> </p>
