Poor Service and incorrect information

I received a quotation for an extended warranty on my car (Toyota C-HR 1.2 T Plus) from one of the consultants. When I contacted them again to accept the quotation, I was informed that the quotation was invalid because the quotation was for a vehicle without a Turbo but.... there is no variant of the C-HR that does not have a turbo and, the make and model of the vehicle are stipulated in the quotation and the turbo is not listed under the exclusions of the policy.

After many requests to call be back. I eventually got hold of the supervisor who disputed the incident. I requested him to listen to the recordings of the calls as well as send them to me.

A week later, I have had no feedback....
