Poor service

My vehicle was written off on the 2/02/2022 i only had the vehicle for 3 months , i then called innovation group to refund me my outstanding amount on my warrenty plan , i was told 7- 14 days i will get a call today is the 09/03/2022 and no call or email, your reputation on hello peter doesnt look good, please can i get y money back as a matter of urgency
