Poor service

I called both their claims number and customer care numbers and as soon as I start talking to a consultant the call is cut. this happened 4 times already.

All I want to do is lodge a claim but their telephone lines are terrible.

I have now wasted 2 hours waiting on the line trying to get hold of a consultant.
