Poor Service

My vehicle went into Alpine Motors on the 21st of May 2015 as there was a problem with thegearbox. I have an extended warranty which covers gearbox repairs from Innovation Group. An assessor came in to do a report and he advised the dealership that they suspect that i was doing wheels spins on the vehicle. I am a mother of 2 kids and am the sole driver of this vehicle and would not do wheel spins. The call centre kept giving excuses when i called in. I have paid for this policy for more than 3 years and everytime i try and make a claim they have an excuse. I have still not recieved any feedback or joy. The dealership has advised that there are no signs of me doing wheel spins with my vehicle.
