Poor Service
I have an extended warranty with Innovations Group for my car. Getting them to return your messages about a policy is like tooling a tooth!! I am still waiting for even an acknowledgement from them that they have received my request for them to send me my documents. How car such people be offering such a service if they don't know how to conduct the simplest things as customer service.<br> It's going for 2 weeks now and nothing from them!!
