Poor Customer Service
Teboho Tsotetsi in the Claims Dept ? Innovation? Do you train your Staff how to speak to clients? Tsotetsi will be the reason I cancel because if they are so unprofessional & impatient when you need Clarity on your product , 1 can only imagine how they’d be when you need to put in an actual Claim. His unprofessional nature was a REAL Eye opener what your company is a about.
