Policy Useless When You Actually Need

I am extremely disappointed with Innovation’s service. I recently renewed my policy and had never made a single claim before, yet when I needed assistance for a clear safety‑related issue (brake discs causing vibration at 100 km/h and above), my claim was rejected. VW Hatfield confirmed the problem, but Innovation still refused to cover it, even though my Power UP cover is supposed to provide protection for situations like this.

A policy that cannot assist with a legitimate and urgent safety concern is useless. This experience has shown me that the cover is not reliable when it matters most.
