Policy claim not helping in time of need.

On January 18, I brought the vehicle in for service and requested authorization from Innovation Group for a claim, only to be informed that my policy was inactive. This was surprising as all arrangements were finalized at the time of purchase. Consequently, I had to pay out of pocket, which was not budgeted for since I was under the impression my policy covered such issues.

More recently, on April 12, the vehicle broke down, and during the towing process, there was an attempted hijacking which resulted in damage to the vehicle's window. Fortunately, my insurance covered this damage. However, another significant concern arose when it was discovered that the clutch plates needed replacement. Again, my claim was denied on the grounds that it was supposedly outside the policy coverage, despite my expectation of a warranty for at least the first six months or two years.

This policy is useless I regret the day I joined it because even cancelling is just difficult they keep going circles.
