Policy cancelled
would like to find out why my vehicle account statement still includes an amount payable for mechanical warranty insurance(absa/innovation group) when i have requested numerous times to be cancelled , from the 8th of december telephonically and via email? why am i being billed and made to pay for it, the request was clear for this policy to be cancelled but Here we are!?
