please reimburse my money in full by tomorrow 01/09/2022.

i have upgraded my service plan policy in April. for some reason they created two policies of the same thing, so i have been debited R292.02 X2 different policy number but same amount same cover, same amount from April. i spoke to Somi (very helpful lady) from customer service who explained to me that they were supposed to have cancelled the other policy but they did not. i should have one policy running,

the one that has be cancelled is qm/so/*** and i want my money reimbursed by tomorrow. should i have not checked my debit orders i wont have noticed that the other policy was not cancelled which is not cool at all.

the total amount to be reimbursed is R1460

the other policy should still be running as agreed
