Phatetic service!!!
I'm sick of this innovation group...the service is pathetic I called in 2weeks ago and spoke to Thabo I told him that i cancelled this policy 2years ago but they are still collecting premiums from my account. He said I will be refunded and they will stop collecting but I still have not received my refund instead I was debited again this month. I called in this morning spoke to Lucky he also have me phatetic serivce, I gave him my details and told him my query he put me on hold for very long then transferred me back to the standard bank with out informing me!! I want my money back
