PAY BACK MY MONEY
Innovation group can you please refund me my R3042.91. You opened two Warranty policies under my name last year in April and have been debiting my account twice since April. I notified you about this and you closed the other policy. I received an email with the Reference Number : BPREST-*** on the 28th of may 2019 confirming that you be paying R3042.91 into my account in 7-14 working days and until now I have not received it.
