its surprising to know that we put our pride possessions in the hand s of other people who decide to **** us, i took my motor warranty with the Innovation group and had an issue with car at the beginning of the year was referred to one of their RMI approved guys being Dyno Tech tuning due to the fact that i travel with my car daily i was in a hurry to have my car fixed this guy asked me to pay him upfront an amount of R12000.00 and he will fix my car and refund me my money, its been 5months and he still has my car having me to believe that Innovation never paid out after me calling them furious i found out they did and this has been keeping mt car to make multiple claims and now asks me more money,, he has even back dated invoices to me to say he dispatched my car in April with false amounts , i call Innovation because they have people doing ***** on innocent people and no one is sensible to understand and assist , i am disgusted that such a huge company would allow this happen and allow clients to ripped of , i am not carless and using a hired car because of someone on their books ******** ppl!!!!! disgusted
