Pathetic Service From Innovation Group Once Again

Pathetic service from Innovation Group been transferred to 7 different consultants just to be told once again that the component that we are wanting to claim for is not covered. What is the point of taking out a warranty if everytime you try and claim the components are not covered. The policy documents just have headings of what is covered when you try and submit a claim for various components you are then told no sorry this is not on the list. This seems like one big **** they are willing to take your money and not cover anything.
