Pathetic Service

Poor service from customer care and the management is the worst they promise to call back but they dont. My car has been at the dealership since 7am it's now 12:24. i have been struggling to get assistance. When I get a hold of them they send me from pillar to post and put me on hold for 15min. This company does not prioritize their customers.
