Pathetic service and useless sales agents.

First a sales agent puts the phone down on me. Secondly another sales agent sends me a quote for the wrong model of my 1st vehicle and no quote at all for my 2nd vehicle. Thirdly Innovation Group's customer care doesn't exist and no matter who you speak to you just get put back to an automated message.
