Pathetic service and unwillingness to help

I would like to report the pathetic service that I received from Thando Mohotlane at Innovation group. I had a tyre burst and reported to Thando to take it in to get replaced. Upon getting the pictures of my tyre he said to me that my tyre is worn out, my question is how is the tyre worn out while the guy from Tyger Wheels explained that when the tyre is worn out the thread has to be 1mm, and my tyre had 5.8 mm thread on it. We sent him endless emails and try to call him without avail.My husband emailed him back on Thursday,not even one person bothered to respond, or take our calls. We spoke to Thando who said he is not receiving any of our emails, which I honestly find hard to believe because we got delivery receipts to his email address. <br> <br> I'm still without a tyre even today, thanks to Thando, I'll make sure to spread word around about innovation and it seems like I am not their only unhappy customers.I wanted to renew my policy with them, but at this rate I am not going to.
