PATHETIC SERVICE

What a terrible service, poor turnaround time and I'm not surprised reading negative reviews on the website. This is unlike Innovation Group I used to admire when coming to service, I'm asking myself what happened from being hero to zero. I used to have all my cars extended warranty and service plan with Innovation Grp and high time to look for another service provider who cares about service. Is been 2 weeks still waiting for the call back ..every time you call no one is available from sales dept. Today I made a follow-up 3 times and spoke to 2 consultants, every time making apologies and promising to get someone to give me a call. When are you going to stop apologizing and start execution and deliver required service...how difficult it is to get a salesperson as I need to renew my car extended service which expired. I wrote email and left messages no response, clearly you are not interested.
