Pathetic Service
Pathetic Service, my car had a warning sign i did contact them as well as the dealer only to find out that the claim was rejected. They give excuses like its not covered on the policy.

03 Jan 2022, 11:24Very very disappointed with innovation group, after my first incident above, now that the part is faulty they still do not want to cover my claim. They only use this line its not covered in the policy. My vehicle dpf light came on, the regeneration was done which i had to pay . When enquiring with the consultant they told me if it is faulty they will replace it. Now that the dealership has said its a faulty. Innovation group says its not covered in the policy.
