pathetic service

I have a service plan with innovation which is expiring soon , sadly I was never able to have my car serviced as they always had a reason as to why the place that will accept the service is plan cant be used, i tried since last year,No one wants to accept the service plan, and I can see now why, I managed to get a RMI approved place as per their request on their list they gave to do the service but then they were given a million reason why they cant pay out, pathetic service and my car still not service
