Pathetic

So I have a tyre and rim policy with you guys... Everything was perfect and I was happy... Until you guys started your nonsense. I would like to know which business does not want to save money? I was told that my rims can be repaired at a cost of R8900 and a new set of rims would cost R6900... Now can any businessman please tell me who in their right mind would not want to save money? I have lodged a complaint but no one has called me... I wait some days on the phone 24 minutes to get a response from you guys at my cost, I have taken 2 days leave which you will not compensate me for... So please can someone explain to me what the hell is going on and who is going to call me and get my rims replaced and not repaired!!!!! As the damn thing will buckle again
