Not Worth Having as A Service Provider

I have NEVER experienced such terrible service from a service provide. My car broke down and I called to find out if I am covered for certain benefits and I was told telephonically that I am and to take my car to a registered and reputable service provider, which I did. Once the services that I enquired on were done, I was told that the discussed costs are not covered.

Quite disappointing for a company that is expected to have uniform, honest & professional communication. Definitely not a company that I would recommend to anyone. Innovations group has to do better, your service is the worst there is.
