Not very INNOVATIVE.
I purchased a car in January, the purchase included the remainder of the 2 warranties on the vehicle.
Its now over a month later and I have no confirmation that the change of ownership is done. 2 days trying to reach the Innovation group call centre and on hold for 30+ minutes each time.
Absolutely pathetic service.
