I do not recommend Innovation Group to anyone who has bought a second hand vehicle, I took out a 2 year EXTENDED warranty on my vehicle and when it's time to claim now, apparently my extended warranties are now expired but yet I am still being debited every month, when I phone customer care, I get different stories regarding this issue and get told that my warranties are expired but yet I must still be debited each month.
I honestly feel ****** and do not recommend ANYONE take anything out with them, you are better off taking that money and saving it up yourself for when you need work done on your car, at least you will know its covered as well as will not deal with people who do not know what is happening but yet they are so happy to take your money.
Highly not recommended if you want to be covered.
If only you can rate the stars in a negative way.
