NOT PAYING FOR BRAKE PADS

Hi Hate dealing with this group. I had to have brakes replaced on a new vehicle at 12000km they did not want to pay. After numerous call they eventually agreed , have taken car in for service at 34000kms which is slightly outside the service interval they will not pay for service or brake pads again as they state that I have not done 30000kms between brake pads. Nowhere does it state this nor was this told to me when I took the plan in. My car has had service at 12000 , 24000 and now 34000kms which is regular enough intervals. <br> <br> I now want to cancel the 3 plans I have with Innovation Group , guess what , I'm still waiting for them to send through the cancellation forms which they advise that they will urgently send through. This was 2 days ago. I have phoned numerous times I just get put through to and transferred to different departments all the time. I have had another debit order come off in the meantime but have had to fork out for my brakes and service. What a joke! And apparently it takes 21 days for them to sort the cancellation out and refund any money back.You guys have got to be kidding.I want my plans cancelled with immediate effect and monies returned to me.
