Not helpful at all, I wouldn’t recommend Innovation to ANYONE
I’ve had the worst experience with Innovation. I took out a service plan over a month ago, there’s been a back and forth with them requesting for their administrator to help with amending the plan to what I actually need with countless calls but they never get back to me when they say they will nor do they help! All the while I’m already paying for this policy
