Nonsense of a insurance

The worst ever... My car had a warning light telling me the coolant is low and I called innovation group which they told me to take the car to one of the dealers to diagnose it before the claim can be lodged, So I went there to and they found out that it was a sensor then innovation group tells me they reject the claim as its not part of the things they cover, I'm like yell cover the cooling system of the car, they guy says yes but they don't cover that component... not only that now I must pay for the diagnosis of the car which I also complained about but didn't succeed... they are very useless but good at taking peoples money
