Non Paying Insurance company promoted by Nedbank

This company will do anything to NOT pay for any damage to your vehicle. I took out this policy based on a referral from Nedbank. Every month my subscription was debited. Now that I something in my vehicle broke, it is a mission and a half to get them to approve the repairs. They are now even disputing the policy schedule. The claim I am on a class 3 where my document from them states a class 2. Even after sending them their document, they are now hunting for the audio tapes. Anything but fix the problems in my vehicle. They also have NO idea of how modern vehicles work and how the modern vehicle is a connected unit. It has been 7 days now and still I have to drive with a broken vehicle. And the faults are having a negative impact on my vehicle the longer I drive it with our the repairs. Currently I do not have the cash to pay for the repairs

Dear Innovation Group
Thank you.
After much discussions and communications we reached an acceptable compromise.
Innovation group came to the party and my vehicle will now be repaired. Thank you to everybody involved, especially Christa from MFC.
One piece of advice, Ensure that whatever the telephone consultant sells, is the same as the documentation.
One request: Please have another level of the policy which covers everything, including batteries and "consumables" . The assembly and design of the modern vehicle has changed a lot and sometimes a pipe being removes means the pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced. This has to do with the design and manufacture of certain components and the modern way of sealing and assembly. To replace a bolt after removal may be more of a safety issue than a "consumable" being used.

I was shocked today after taking my vehicle to be repaired. I categorically withdraw my compliment I posted above. I will write a new review with today's bad experience
