No value for money

We bought a car through we buy cars and we're adviced to take a warranty cover for any mechanical repair. We were advised that if anything happens to the car we should take the car to the nearest Bosch service center and all will be sorted out for us. Our since has a repair and service to be done and we are not getting any joy from either we buy cars nor Innovation group or Bosch services. It has been about two and half weeks trying to find a solution to the issue with no assistance from all the above mentioned. I'm really disappointed at the innovation even worse cause the administrator our warranty.
