No refund without receipt (QB/SO/***)

<p>I recently complained on hellopeter of Innovation group about their poor service.About a week ago i received a call from Innovation group telling me that they are going to refund me. Because i paid cash for my car to be serviced at William Simpson Nissan Tokai,( of which Innovation refuse to pay for the service because i did not take my car on the prescribed kilometers) which means it was overdue.</p> <p>After speaking to the consultant he then send me all the details via email of valid documents that i must send back to him. (eg. copy of my id,a bank statement,a tax invoice and a receipt).</p> <p>I emailed all the documents except for the receipt because a Jessica Richards who invoiced the service, told me that the invoice is also a receipt and that they give this to all their customers as a receipt. I explained my situation to her but she insisted that the invoice serves as a receipt.</p> <p>After sending through this last origanal invoiced document twice to a consultant by the name of,Arumugam Tyson of Innovation Group, he told me that i will not be refunded because i do not have a receipt. I even ask him to call the service provider for more proof. I'm thinking then why call me in the first place and telling me that they are going to refund me and then being technically difficult.
