No refund upon cancellation , after stating on black and white that they will refund
I took out this plan when I bought my toyota in 2018. I took it just for in case something happens to my car.
I also took it because in their wording policy they state, "should I want to cancel they will refund me. IF I never claimed" Which I never did in the 42 months that I have paid on this plan.
After cancelling, they advised me sorry there is no refund????
Please advise.
