NO PROTECTION FOR CLIENTS

i have an absa vehicle insurance with inovation group. My car required repair and i called in and was refereed to Contipartner/ (ex Kwikfit) in alandale drive Pietermaritzburg in April 2015. The service at this garage was pathetic, my car was not repaired. I have called to report this bad service to Innovation group only to be told that i need to take my car back to the service provider and raise the issue with them. I explained that i took it back 3 times with no joy and i have reason to believe the service provider didnot honor his commitment. I asked them to hold payment until the car is sorted, and they said that it was not possible. The agent says that they have no protection in place for the client and i will need to take this up with RMI. I tried calling RMI and they said that it will cost R350 before they pursue the complaint. I am at my wits end. I have paid for the policy, with no service. As clients we can be ****** by ************ repair shops with no protection from the insurance company. I will definitely never ever refer this company to family or anyone reading this complaint. Clients need the service we pay for.
