I have been trying to get documentation from Maxicare for a few months now. I see people reading my email as I request delivery and read requests... and yet, nobody bothers to respond. Its not like I am asking them to cure world hunger or a cure for cancer. All I want, is my policy documents. I will be cancelling my Debit Order and spreading the word soon. God forbid I actually want to make use of the service I am paying for every month. Can you imagine.
