NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the INNOVATION GROUP

<p> I bought a secondhand pick up, Ford Bantam,in May 2016 at Auction Operation. The lady who did my finance , recommended to add a Warranty Policy at the Innovation Group.This will cost me R 7800, i agreed and it was added to the finance amount. 1 month later i had mechanical problems with the vehicle. I phoned the customer service centre and they told me i cant claim. the vehicle must have a service record or had to be serviced by me in the first month. I got hold of a Sales Executive working for the company and she advised me to cancel the policy. I send her a mail on 23 June 2016, confirming my cancelation. She rep**** on 30 June with a Cancellation Form to be completed by me. I received a SMS in July from the Innovation Group, they notified me that the amount of R3200 will be paid to me. I contacted them, this office received the cancellation on 6 July, and that is the date they use to do the calculations. Matidimalo Matloha, a call center agent, contacted 3 people , Gateway, I Baaitjes and Thokozile Mazibuko, (I was cc'd in) in a mail to asking them to assist the customer with this query. Several phone calls was made by me to the customer service centre, all the operators told me that the query has been send to a department and they are busy with this problem. i have send emails on 28 June and 1 August, asking for a feedback on this query. I have had no responce from the INNOVATION GROUP regarding this matter.</p>
