New policy holder - disappointed already!

As a new Maxicare policy holder that joined on 9 April, I still do not have a policy document and the first premium has not been deducted yet. Every time I call the call centre (4 times already), I get the same sob story with a promise that I'll be called back - still waiting for that call back!!! My next step is a complaint to the Ombudsman. Totally unacceptable, Maxicare.
